Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

BookVolley wants every player, parent, coach, and club director to be able to find a coach and book a lesson, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

Standard we aim for

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state, and we treat reported barriers as bugs to be fixed, not requests to be filed away.

What we have done so far

• Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate page structure
• Labels tied to every form field on the signup, booking, and message forms
• Keyboard access to navigation, dialogs, and the availability calendar
• Text that reflows rather than breaking when the page is zoomed or on a phone
• Colors chosen for contrast against the site’s dark background

Known limitations

We have not yet completed a full third-party accessibility audit. The weekly availability calendar is a dense, grid-based interface and is the area most likely to present difficulties with assistive technology. We would particularly like to hear from you if that is where you get stuck.

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if that applies. We aim to respond within five business days, and if something is blocking you from booking a lesson we will arrange the booking directly with you while we fix it.
