Effective September 3, 2026
Coaches and club directors supply their own photos, bios, and accolades to BookVolley. We respect copyright and respond to valid notices of infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Send copyright notices to Carter Durivage, BookVolley.com, at carterdurivage8@gmail.com. Please put “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
On receiving a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material, notify the coach or director who posted it, and tell them why. Repeat infringers have their listing removed and their account terminated.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your name, address, and telephone number together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material after ten business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages.
